The darling of food television, The Great British Bake Off, has had a rough couple days. Following the decision to leave BBC for Channel 4, two beloved hosts — Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc — decided to quit on Tuesday. In a joint statement, Perkins and Giedroyc noted that they “were very shocked and saddened to learn yesterday evening that Bake Off will be moving from its home” and that they were “not going with the dough.”
