So, you’ve made a beautiful loaf of bread. (If you’re following our Baking School, today is the day!) You want to keep your bread fresh and that lovely crust intact. Bread bags are one of my favorite ways to do this. They ward off the staling process, while still allowing enough air flow to keep the crust from going soft.
