Instagram can be an endless hole of stalking people who were mean to you in high school, liking photos of celebrities who don’t know you exist, and crying about home interiors you just can’t fit into your tiny urban apartment.
Or it can be a jumping-off point to get inspiration for cooking for your kids. It’s so easy to get stuck in the “chicken nuggets and pasta” rut because that’s what your kid eats.
