I’m a firm believer in the fact that a salad is only as good as its dressing, and man do I have have some favorite dressings. You should probably try this creamy two-ingredient dressing, or this classic Italian salad dressing. And this miso-tahini number is — kisses fingers like a chef — so damn good.
There are an unlimited amount of dressings to try, but how do you go about making the dressing in your kitchen? Many of us might use a canning jar or smaller jelly jar to whip them up and store them easily, but Alton Brown has a pretty awesome alternative.
