Popsicles are already refreshing, but infuse them with fresh mint and you’ve got an extra-cooling treat to pull out of the freezer on sweltering summer days. These pops are based on mint-chocolate chip ice cream, but you won’t find any artificial colors here! That classic green color is all thanks to a little matcha powder.
