Fats all over the body is the major enemy, especially when it’s getting out of control. They make you unfit in your favourite jeans and shirt, along with feelings of insecurity.

But on a more serious note, unwanted fat deposits could lead to chronic illnesses including obesity, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes and more. That’s why as much as possible, it’s best to move right after you eat to keep your metabolism working. This will keep the nutrients in your body while burning off fats.
