If you’re anything like me, you have a little voice in your head that dishes out guilt trips when you stay indoors despite it being gorgeous out. Grab a baguette and go on a picnic, it says, even though you’re not particularly hungry and don’t feel like tracking down a two-foot-long bread product. You waited all winter for a day like this, the voice insists. Get some fresh air in your lungs, for crying out loud!
But sometimes you just aren’t in the mood to live it up in the sunshine. Here are some “legit” excuses for staying inside — even when there’s not a cloud in the sky.
