Prep This Coconut French Toast Tonight for Brunch Tomorrow — Delicious Links

Hosting guests for the weekend always presents a problem: You want to spend as much time as possible with them, but you also want to feed them delicious meals.

That’s why I love this French toast recipe. You soak the bread in a coconut milk custard overnight, and then all you have to do the next morning is throw it into the oven to bake. A delicious brunch without having to spend hours in the kitchen? That’s a win-win.
