There are two kinds of people in the world – those who were gifted with height, and those who were not. Not that short people are not gifted – people have their own assets. But it’s very rare that we hear tall ones wishing they were short, while it’s very common to hear short ones wishing they were tall.
But just because you have below average height doesn’t mean you can’t excel in the gym. There are just some moves that you’ll have a hard time to perform, while there are those that will be easy (like the short man workout!).

The short man workout is really effective because it doesn’t require long arms or legs. Also, those are just some examples, there are still a lot of moves that you can do.
As they say, you always want what you can’t have, which is but another paradox that needs to be changed. So whatever height you have, use that to your advantage. Just don’t risk yourself for injuries or accidents!
Tip: If you’re still in your teenage years, always do basic stretches, as they have been proven to increase height naturally. Yoga, swimming, aerobics, and other sports have also shown positive effects.
