Astaxanthin – this is a very potent anti-inflammatory substance that is commonly found on wild salmon, krill and shrimps. It has high concentrations of carotenoids that is commonly used to treat symptoms of joint problems.

Bone broth  this from the essence of meat bones boiled for hours and contains high amounts of magnesium, phosphorus, silicon and other anti-inflammatory properties that help fight inflammation.
